A dude’s Vanderpump Rules power rankings Season 7, Episode 16: The opening of TomToms

On last night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, TomToms finally opens and the gang heads off to Mexico, but not without a little tension brewing between Schwartz and his bubby.
Previously, on Vanderpump Rules Lisa was trying to calm James down after his outburst upon being disinvited from the group trip to Mexico. He eventually acquiesces and also bows out of attending the TomToms opening. Meanwhile, Lala and Billie got into a heated shouting match at brunch.
Last night, we saw the grand opening of TomToms, the gang finally head to Mexico, and some more look at how all our couples are doing. Who rose and fell in the power rankings after last night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules?
13. Kristen (last week’s ranking: 11)
Is there a person with a greater disconnect between her perception of the world and reality than Kristen? I mean this girl is the walking Dunning-Kruger effect.
First, Kristen shows up to the TomToms opening saying she and Lisa will be best friends and soon the two will be drinking wine together at Villa Rosa. For those of you unaware, that is Lisa Vanderpump’s house. Lisa later speaks with Kristen while wearing the expression of someone who is forced to chat with their boss’ wife at a party, and gets away from Ms. Doute as quickly as possible.
In a confession, Lisa tells us that despite her policy of banning Kristen the girl keeps showing up at her restaurants, which is why she didn’t insist on the Toms banning her from the opening. I’m sure hearing this won’t deter Kristen from thinking she and Lisa are basically sisters.
Kristen also reveals that she will be rooming alone on the trip because “Scheana doesn’t want to leave Lala alone.” Lala reveals that the girls have actually just been playing hot-potato avoiding rooming with Doute because they all know what a disaster she is to travel with.
Speaking of which, as she’s preparing to leave she says that she is a good traveler and just had a few hiccups in the past (God bless the producers for showing every trip the group has been on and how she has freaked out).
