2. Should Alison give Taylor the evidence?

Operation Entrap Dana actually manages to go off without a hitch. Mona has verifiable proof of Dana telling the truth and Dylan has Dana’s confession on tape. All they have to do is take the evidence to Claire and assume she’ll take care of the rest.

Except there is one little problem. Taylor wants to be the one who brings the evidence to Claire. She feels it’s the only way she can prove herself as reliable and get her mother off her back. Alison is wary about this. Mona still doesn’t trust Taylor.

Should Ali give her the evidence? I don’t think she should, or at the very least, they could make a copy of it in case she winds up trying to destroy it. We need to know what Taylor’s end goals are here before letting her get her hands on something so valuable. Also, is she infatuated with Alison or what? Because I’m getting major vibes from her.

1. What is Jeremy doing?

In one of the more confusing storylines of the episode, we find out Jeremy is definitely hiding something. He has a bunch of weird encrypted files on his computer and dodges all of Caitlin’s questions when she tries to figure out what they’re about.

Eventually he has to rush off and Caitlin follows him to a dark and shady neck of the woods. Out there, he tries to destroy his laptop, I think? Then he realizes Caitlin was watching him and tells her all ominously to “get in the car”. Fade to black. Yikes!

Jeremy wouldn’t actually hurt Caitlin would he? Is he working for Beacon Guard? Is he working for Taylor…? Claire? I guess we’ll find out soon!

Odds & Ends

  • We finally find out what was going on in the pilot episode when Mona looks into a camera in the bathroom. She realized she was being monitored and was warned by Beacon Guard to back off.
  • I’m glad Alison and Gabriel’s fling was short-lived, they had zero chemistry. Could Gabriel wind up having a bigger part to play? It seems a little random to introduce him and then write him out in the same episode. I can see him coming back in some way later.
  • The montage of Dylan/Ava/Caitlin’s friendship playing over Dylan’s head as he thought about leaving BHU was way too melodramatic.

A new episode of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists will premiere May 15th at 8/7c on Freeform.
