Catfish Season 7, Episode 39 Cherie and Avion update: Where are they now?

Catfish fans are still recovering from the whiplash of tonight’s episode! Let’s recap the events and try to dig up what Cherie and her Catfish are up to today.
In tonight’s all-new episode of Catfish, audiences meet the most forward Catfish we’ve seen in a while. Cherie receives a text from an unknown number telling her they “want her” badly. Creepy! Cherie, however, is flattered and they quickly begin to exchange dirty messages and photos. If you ask me, these two moved way too fast and Cherie allowed a little too much.
Hey, no judging here, though! At least, after getting stood up, Cherie realizes how dangerous it is for a stranger to have possession of her nude photos. Afraid of what “Avion” will do with them, she calls Nev and co-host Justin Combs for help.

Red flag #1: This was no normal online meeting. “Avion” texts Cherie “I want you bad girl,” not a great first impression.
Red flag #2: He asks for photos in order to reveal his identity. This is no “50 Shades,” it’s plain creepy.
Red flag #3: Cherie is stood up…and at a hotel! This girl needs to be more careful.
Shocking moments:
Avion is married?! His wife Monica reaches out to Nev about how Cherie is a homewrecker and that she knows what she did. Hmm. Who can we even trust? Later, Monica says she’ll meet with Nev and Justin, but doesn’t show because she “has kids to think about.”

In the end, it turns out Buddy and his nurse assistant made Avion up to get back at Cherie for never paying Buddy back. He claims he gave Cherie “a couple hundred” to pay her phone bill, but she never paid back and avoided his messages and calls.
