4. Odette knew the truth all along

Bishop recognized the piece of fabric left behind at Gibbs’ place as the fabric from Ziva’s coat. That led her back to the rented office, and finally, everything pieced together.

Odette, the landlady, isn’t just renting out the office. She knows Ziva is alive, and she’s even helping Ziva to hide herself right now.

It was a major reveal, but what was even better was that Odette turned out to be one of Ziva’s associates. Odette turns up in an SUV filled with an arsenal. Ziva is more than ready to end all this.

3. Ziva may be willing to cross a line

At the very end of the episode, Gibbs and Ziva manage to track down the woman trying to kill Ziva. Mira Sahar Azam was a prisoner of war in Syria. Why did she want Ziva dead? I guess that’s something we’ll need to get the full truth from later. That is if we manage to get her alive.

Ziva wasn’t ready to just let Sahar walk. With Sahar alive, Ziva knows that there’s still a bounty on her head. She doesn’t want to risk returning to Tali with that knowledge.

So, because of that, she’s willing to kill Sahar in cold blood. Gibbs wants to do it by the book so Ziva doesn’t lose herself. However, it looks like Ziva may be willing to cross a line, and that includes putting a bullet in Gibbs.
