Bob’s Burgers: 6 memorable episodes set at Wagstaff School
1. “Wag The Song”
Last but not least is, of course, Season 10. Thus far, there haven’t been many episodes set at Wagstaff. While there might be a few scenes in the episode, none have taken place at school for the kids. That’s all going to change with this week’s episode, “Wag the Song,” though. With that being said, let’s get into what happened into the episode so beware! There are spoilers below!
“Wag the Song” begins with Tina talking about not having legacy at Wagstaff since she’s missed almost every single picture day. To try to ensure her legacy, Tina decides to write the new school song for Wagstaff as their old song is extremely dated. Louise and Gene want to write something funny to ensure it’ll win, resulting in the three siblings competing.
The following day, Mr. Frond checks on all of the writers and ends up writing Tina’s song for her. Tina tries to confront him before the two agree to work together. The episode ends with Tina realizing how wrong she was and getting help from Gene and Louise.
As far as episodes set at Wagstaff go, this one was incredibly unique. It was fun to see the kids getting a chance to showcase their love for Wagstaff. Personally, I enjoyed seeing this other side of Mr. Frond and hearing all of the different songs that the other students came up with. There haven’t been many musical moments this season either so this was a lot of fun. Even though shenanigans ensued, this episode was truly an homage to Wagstaff.
Bob’s Burgers airs Sundays on Fox at 9/8c.
