Big Brother Canada 8: The Award Goes to….

Big Brother Canada came to a pre-mature end recently due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) Pandemic. With the show over, we decided to give out some awards for the season.

Recently, Big Brother Canada came to a pre-mature end due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) Pandemic. Normally at the end of the season, there is an awards episode. During this episode, they give out awards for things such as “Best Moment” or “Best Meltdown” and give the fans the opportunity to weigh in on their favorite in each category. Since that is not happening this year, we decided to continue the tradition and give out our own awards.

We will have categories that are both serious and funny in nature. The next award we will give out is “Most Shocking Moment.” The most shocking moment award goes to the moment during the game that surprised everyone the most. This could be anything, it just has to have a lot of shock value to it.

The award goes to:

Jamar Lee and Kyle Rozendal get expelled from Big Brother Canada 8. Before this season, nobody had ever been expelled from the game before. We knew going into the episode that Jamar had been expelled because a statement had been released regarding his expulsion from the game.

With that, we had only expected to see one person expelled that night. So, when host Arisa Cox announced on the show that two people got expelled, that sent shockwaves through the Big Brother Canada community. Thankfully, it did not take long to find out who the second person expelled was. Kyle had pre-maturely posted on Instagram that he was back home, quickly ending any speculation on who it was. Two people being expelled in one night is unprecedented on any Big Brother and something I do not think we will see again.
