What are some of the best horror movies streaming on Starz right now? From classics to modern hits, we’ve collected great horror films available right now!

It may not be October, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some fantastic horror movies streaming on multiple services right this moment. The following list details ten of the best horror movies streaming on Starz, which you can watch by downloading the official Starz app or subscribing through other streaming services like Hulu and Amazon Prime.

Whether you prefer the 1980s classics like The Thing or more recent hits like Escape Room, you should find something perfect for your taste!

10. Drag Me to Hell (2009)

Alison Lohman and Justin Long star in this campy, ridiculous, brilliant Sam Raimi film about a terrifying curse gone wrong. Loan officer Christine Brown finds her life turned into a grotesque nightmare after she denies a woman an extension.

She places a curse on her, and at first, Christine doesn’t think much of it. But then strange things begin happening to her, including seeing maggots in her food and other hideous hallucinations. Christine fears if she doesn’t get the curse lifted, her soul will soon be ripped out of her and dragged to hell.

9. Paranormal Activity (2009)

Paranormal Activity has become something of a joke franchise nowadays, but those who were around when the first movie released in theaters know why it went on to launch a successful horror series. It was downright terrifying, and at the time, it was unique.

Paranormal Activity popularized found footage films. The original was made for a shoestring budget, and yet it was absolutely the stuff of nightmares. If you’ve never gotten to watch the first 2009 film, you should experience at least once.

Don’t let the other films in the franchise spoil it for you. It follows Katie and Micah, a couple trying to settle into their new home only to learn they’ve attracted a supernatural entity. To catch it, they set up security cameras all over the house, and find out they might be dealing with something far more disturbing than they ever could have imagined.
