6 Westworld Season 3 finale reveals that will set up Season 4
Caleb will lead Post-Rehoboam World
We have to believe that Dolores made a good choice in selecting Caleb from her very brief encounter because Dolores has set the stage for Caleb to be the leader of the new world. It will be his duty to make sure that Rehoboam’s predictions don’t come to fruition.
If the world is going to dip into extinction with some years’ time, he has a great deal of work to do. As a leader, Caleb will have to teach the world how to move forward after Rehoboam and may have to prepare for a future where hosts also live in the free world.
Bernard wakes up covered in dust
When Bernard discovered that Dolores had hidden the missing data inside of his head, he immediately shut down. One theory is that opening the data file was a shock to Bernard’s system. But what’s interesting is that when he reactivates himself, Bernard and the entire hotel room are covered in dust. Either a lot of time has passed after Bernard shuts down or the world outside of his motel room experienced a catastrophic event.
I’m crossing my fingers that the world is at war rather then Bernard becoming a forgotten relic that has ceased to have importance in the next phase of this story.
Maeve will look for Bernard
Maeve has always been looking for a sense of family in her daughter and her friends. I predict that Maeve’s goals won’t change much for next season only now she will probably have to join Dolores in a fight against Haleores. The grand prize, in the end, will be locating Bernard and finding her daughter’s location.
