Lauren gives birth during Counting On Season 11, Episode 6
During the previous episode of Counting On, Kendra gave birth. Now it’s time for another of the Duggar sisters-in-law to give birth. Meanwhile, Jeremy and Jinger have some exciting news to share.
This episode will see Lauren go into labor. The baby is coming 11 days early, which isn’t all too worrisome for expectant mothers. Anything after 37 weeks is considered full-term now, and babies can come naturally and safely at any point from this week. So, Lauren will hopefully just be excited to meet her newborn.

The great thing for Lauren and her husband Josiah Duggar is that this is their rainbow baby. Lauren announced a pregnancy during the previous season, but sadly she had a miscarriage two weeks later. It was devastating, but she and Josiah gained a lot of support from the Duggars and others. This newborn is someone they’re all excited to meet.
Meanwhile, we get some more time over in California. Jeremy and Jinger join the family for Family Fun Night through a video chat. This is a chance for the two of them to share their exciting news in a creative way.
Of course, we now know that this story doesn’t have a happy ending, but that part is going to be kept for the next episode of Counting On Season 11. The good news is Jeremy and Jinger are now expecting their rainbow baby.
Life is full of highs and lows. The Duggars know how to ride them all.
There isn’t going to be a lookback episode after the new episode tonight. Instead, Doubling Down with the Derricos premieres an all-new season at 10/9c.
