7. Booksmart

This is one of my favorite movies to watch on Hulu. Yes, I’ve seen it more than once. It’s so much fun and perfect for a girl’s night in (Zoom will work just fine, too).

Booksmart follows two best friends who have worked hard for their amazing grades. Amy (Kaitlyn Dever) and Molly (Beanie Feldstein) have stayed clear of drugs and trouble, which is tough to do in high school! So when they graduate only to find out that their peers are going to the same school, they decide to have some fun. It’s well-deserved.

The movie, which is Olivia Wilde’s directorial debut, is all about friendship, features two female leads, and a journey to discovering yourself. With plenty of laughs, of course!

6. A Quiet Place

Here’s another great one to watch, and with the delay of the sequel, why not re-watch A Quiet Place to remember the thrills (and tears) from the first movie?

Watching this movie on the big screen was quite the experience! If you have been living under a rock and don’t know what this movie is about, or worse yet, haven’t even watched it, here are the details you need to know: It’s amazing!

Okay, joking aside, A Quiet Place doesn’t feature blood or gore like most movies do to bring fear to audiences. Instead, it’s all about emotion and suspense. But none of those silly scare jumps, A Quiet Place is the real deal and reinvents the horror genre.

The movie stars Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Cillian Murphy, and others.
