This is a particularly fun weekend, especially when you have a Netflix account! It’s a long weekend thanks to Labor Day, so these really are recommendations for Sept. 4-7, if you are one of the lucky ones taking Labor Day off.

I’m Thinking of Ending Things: The movie is based on Ian Reid’s novel of the same name and follows Cindy (Jessie Buckley), who is having second thoughts about her boyfriend Jake (Jesse Plemons) after visiting his family. Watch it on Sept. 4.

AwayAlso on Sept. 4, you can watch Away, starring Hilary Swank, Josh Charles, Talitha Bateman, and others. The series follows American astronaut Emma Green as she prepares to lead a crew to the first mission to Mars. Emma will be leaving her family behind, which is something that hurts her as the mission goes on.
