Saturday Night Live is back tonight with an all-new episode, here’s how to watch
NBC’s Saturday Night Live returned last week and the season 46 premiere episode was hosted by none other than Chris Rock. But this is what made it a bit disappointing. I hate to say it, but season 46, episode 1 seemed a bit rusty. The laughs weren’t what we expected, and the jokes were off.
One thing I did love, was Jim Carrey’s brilliant portrayal of Joe Biden, and, of course, Maya Rudolph has always killed it as Kamala Harris. I’ll also give credit to Chris Rock. The host’s cold open was great, genuine, and raw.
The sketches and everything else, however, was just not very entertaining. Will the episode tonight, debuting live on NBC, be any different? My guess is yes! It’s possible that everyone was nervous about the big return after being away for so long. Not to mention, many safety precautions have been taken due to the pandemic.
Now that the awkward season 46 premiere is out of the way, let’s move on and hope for better things to come in episode 2.

Providing us all with musical tunes is Morgan Wallen, while the hilarious Bill Burr serves as host. I know Burr will be making everyone laugh, so I look forward to that. And after the VP debate between Mike Pence and Kamala Harris, I’m sure the SNL cast was taking notes. You can bet there will be sketches featuring the famous fly!
