It’s a two-hour crossover event starting with Station 19 Season 4, Episode 5

We get a two-hour crossover event between Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy to see out their 2020 episodes. Here’s how to watch Station 19 Season 4, Episode 5 live online.

The firefighters kick off the event with them dealing with a problem off duty. You see, just because you’re “off duty” doesn’t mean you don’t want to help. And during this episode, a distraught mother catches their attention.

Someone has taken her daughters, and now the house is on fire. The crew will need to figure out their options because it sounds like help isn’t going to be on the way fast enough. In the promo, we watch Dean run into the smokey building to save the girls. Is something going to happen to him now that he’s decided to go for lieutenant so he can become the next Black battalion chief?

Jack and Inara get closer on Station 19 Season 4, Episode 5

Meanwhile, we’ll get more of Jack and Inara together. Their COVID-19 tests came back positive, but they will certainly be worried about Marsha. She’s currently in Grey Sloan Memorial with COVID-19, but hopefully, she’ll be one of those who pulls through.

I do wonder if this will bring Inara’s abusive husband back into the story, though. She got Marcus out of the house and they ran away. Similarly to Jo on Grey’s Anatomy, she’s been hiding from him instead of dealing with the problem. Could this be a turning point where she realizes she has to do something more permanent? Will Jack be able to help?

At the same time, Ben has a storyline of his own. He’ll suffer a loss on Station 19 Season 4, Episode 5. It’s not clear what that loss is. Will it be connected to last week’s Grey’s Anatomy episode. Bailey gave her mom peace as she died in the hospital, and we may get to see Ben deal with the loss of his mother-in-law.

Check out the promo and synopsis for Station 19 Season 4, Episode 5 (the winter finale):
