Is Hawk on a path toward redemption?

Within the new generation of Cobra Kai students, it seemed as though Eli “Hawk” Moskowitz would be this generation’s “Johnny Lawrence.” As a self-proclaimed nerd, Eli quickly turned his image around upon joining the new Cobra Kai.

Unfortunately, he would get corrupted by the teachings of Johnny Lawrence and later John Kreese, setting him on a path wherein he became the bully he had learned to defend himself against.

Along the way, a wedge would be drawn between him and Demetri, especially once Demetri joined Miyagi-Do. However, this season, Hawk would begin to question the Cobra Kai way under the tutelage of John Kreese, and by the end of Season 3 would join Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang on their journey to defeat Cobra Kai at the next All-Valley Tournament.

Will Kreese team up with Terry Silver once again?

As the season ended, we’d learn a little more about the origin of John Kreese through a series of flashbacks. As a teenager, Kreese would enlist in the Vietnam War to toughen himself up after becoming the bullying victim of a group of jocks. While in Vietnam, Kreese would prove to be a competent fighter and get selected for a special mission.

However, after showing mercy to a fellow soldier, Kreese and his platoon would get overpowered and taken as prisoners of war.

While in the prison camp, Kreese and the other prisoners would have to fight to the death on a platform above a cobra pit. Kreese would get teamed up against his commanding officer, and although the camp would get liberated as they fought, Kreese would choose to kill the officer

As a result, one of Kreese’s fellow soldiers would promise him life-long loyalty for saving his life. The man would get revealed as Terry Silver, the main antagonist of The Karate Kid Part III. As the season finale ended, Kreese would place a call while looking at a photo of him and Terry.

With Daniel and Johnny set to team up against Cobra Kai, will Kreese approach Terry, himself a sensei, to help him emerge victorious?
