A man steals a tank and heads for the VA Center. His daughter had died after being refused care at the VA Center, and he wants to get his revenge. It takes Owen and the 126 standing in front of VA Center and having a heart to heart with the man to get him to stop. He stops just as the tank’s gun hits Owen in the face.
