We all know by now that unfortunately, Meghan Markle has had quite a rough time in the media. The wife of Prince Harry has been accused of various wrongdoings since becoming part of the Royal Family, and unfair judgment has been cast upon her. One of these claims includes her alleged mistreatment of the Kensington Palace staff.

Meghan and Harry used to live in Kensington Palace before their move to Frogmore Cottage. Now, of course, the power couple lives in Montecito, California. They’ve removed themselves from life across the pond and as recent as this year, have been stripped of their Royal titles.

According to Hello! Magazine, the rumors that Meghan Markle was rude and bullied the staff at Kensington Palace come from an alleged complaint reportedly filed years ago but has just resurfaced recently. The Times ran a piece reporting that Jason Knauf had made the complaint in October 2018, and the accusations stated that Meghan forced two personal assistants out of the palace due to her mistreatment, and that she allegedly disrespected another member of the staff.

Of course, we have to take these claims with a grain of salt. Even if this complaint was actually filed back when Meghan and Harry were living at Kensington Palace, that doesn’t mean we know the full truth of it. So what does the mom-of-one think of these accusations, and the fact that they are coming out?

Well, a spokesperson for Markle issued a statement to Hello! Magazine, saying:

"The duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma. She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good."

We’ve seen people try time and time again to pull Meghan Markle down, and this seems like another one of those instances. We truly hope she did not bully anyone during her time at Kensington Palace, or anywhere else for that matter.

With a second child on the way and multiple business endeavors ahead for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, we’re sure they’ve got their hands full without the bother of these allegations.
