WandaVision: The top 4 biggest letdowns
By Sandy C.
WandaVision letdown No. 3: No big cameo
Paul Bettany teased a big cameo. This cameo was even compared to Luke Skywalker appearing in The Mandalorian. Some fans believed it would be Dr. Strange or someone from the X-Men. Perhaps the great Professor Xavier himself? Or was the big cameo at least the reveal that Evan Peters truly was playing Peter Maximoff from the X-Men?
Nope, there was no “huge” cameo. Not even Nick Fury. Boy, are we putting on our clown makeup this morning…
WandaVision letdown No. 4: No more episodes
Finally, the fact that there is no second season or more episodes ahead has to be the saddest thing to come from the series finale! I could watch Wanda and Vision in classic sitcoms all day any day forever!
I looked forward to a new episode each week and I’ll miss it dearly. I already have plans to binge-watch it all this weekend. Overall, I loved WandaVision and feel it has taught us all so much. Not only about the Marvel characters, but love, loss, grief, and happiness.
Bonus letdown: Would it kill the people behind the MCU to give Wanda a happy ending?! Please, give her a reason to smile again and stay smiling forever. The end credit scene does sort of tease that it’s not all over. So there’s hope. And that’s all we need.
