Months after her exit, NBC‘s Superstore has announced that America Ferrera is reprising her role as Amy Sosa on the Superstore finale on Thursday, March 25th.

Confirmed via her Instagram page, the former lead in the NBC sitcom has confirmed to her 1.1 million followers that she will be suiting up in the blue vest for some Cloud 9 cheer during the series finale titled “All Sales are Final.”

What could Amy’s Superstore return mean for her and Jonah on Superstore?

If you’re like me and still recovering from the infamous Simmosa breakup at the start of season 6, her return could very well be good news or bad news. The last time we saw Amy was when she departed for California to take a corporate job at Cloud 9 in San Francisco.

Jonah was ready to take their relationship to the next level, by proposing to her; whereas Amy was not on the same page. So why could she be returning to the Cloud 9 Ozark Highlands store? Fans are hoping that this could mean she wants to make amends with Jonah.

Before leaving for the Golden State, Amy tearily confessed her worries to Jonah, telling him, “what if I get out there, and realized I made a mistake.” To which Jonah reply, “I guess you’ll know where to find me.” I might be going out on a limb here, but could this mean Amy has realized she did make a mistake?

If Amy is coming back to reconcile with Jonah, would that be something you’re interested in seeing? Do you think Jonah and Amy should be endgame?
