It’s time for another Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy crossover. This time it involves a newly married couple in a car accident. Here’s how to watch live.

Another big crossover between Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy is happening. For those of you like me who watch both shows, this isn’t a big deal. However, I know there are a lot of you who only watch one show or the other and resent the need to watch both shows. It doesn’t look like the EPs and writers are listening, though.

The episode focuses on a car accident involving a newly married couple. The firefighters will face a tough choice, and it’s possible that they’ll need to prioritize one over the other due to the injuries, which could lead to the death of the other.

They’ll hopefully both get to Grey Sloan Memorial, though. There the doctors can get to work to save them both.

Carina faces visa trouble on Station 19 Season 4, Episode 10

Meanwhile, Carina is facing her own trouble during the episode. Her visa is expiring, and that means she could need to go back to Italy.

There are ways to extend visas, but the thought of being kicked out of the country that you’re making a life in can be scary. Mixed with the anger is the continued grief over the loss of her brother.

Will Maya take a big step in proposing to keep her girlfriend in the country? That could be a big mistake. On The Resident, Mina pointed out that her marrying AJ as her visa expires could lead to ICE believing she’s in a sham marriage and kicking her out of the country anyway. We’ll have to wait and see how this storyline is going.
