The White Lotus is coming back for another season! The HBO satire comedy was meant to be a limited series, but it has been doing extremely well for HBO and HBO Max. But how will another season work? Who will be back? What will The White Lotus season 2 be about? Here’s what we know!
HBO gifted us the dark comedy we didn’t know we needed in our lives, The White Lotus. The series was slow to start, with many viewers commenting how they have no idea what is going on or where the plot is heading, but that they can’t look away. And really, that’s how you can best describe the series.

Episode 4 really escalated all events. Even those who weren’t watching yet learned about the show after episode 4 and now, we’re getting a second season! I know I’m excited, but I do have some questions.
The White Lotus season 2 synopsis
We were surprised to see HBO renew The White Lotus. Not because the series isn’t brilliant TV, but because it was released as a six-part limited series. That said, what can it be about?
Deadline, who broke the wonderful news, reports that season 2 will check out of Hawaii. Season 2 will instead take place in a new setting and follow a different group of vacationers, or as we like to call them, a new group of crazies.
The series will keep its title as the new guests will simply be staying at a different White Lotus property.

Since we will be in a new setting following a new group of guests, the cast will be all new, too. Season 1 gave us an amazing cast, Connie Britton, Jennifer Coolidge, Jake Lacy, everyone, have been great!
