Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin is already an American Horror Story favorite

American Horror Story: Double Feature has arrived and Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin is a standout! The actor fits perfectly in the American Horror Story universe. Will we see more of him in coming episodes?

Season 10 of AHS premiered on Aug. 25 on FX. The season follows Harry, a struggling writer who moves to a seemingly peaceful and remote town. Harry hopes to enjoy some peace and quiet so that he can be inspired to write. His young daughter and his pregnant wife are supportive, but they quickly want to get out of town after a series of disturbing events.
Unfortunately, Harry doesn’t want to go anywhere, especially after taking a pill given to him that promised him instant inspiration. Sure enough, Harry is now a typing machine. And his work is a success.
This pill has one side effect, though, it makes you thirsty. And your new craving is blood.
Macaulay Culkin is an instant American Horror Story favorite
Culkin doesn’t have a major role, at least, not just yet. But his story is interesting. By the end of the second episode, his character, Mickey, takes one of the pills. He’s also a writer, and we do see him go through several pages, teasing that the pill has worked on him too.
Not only are we all now super interested in learning what will happen to Mickey next, but Culkin has proven he is a brilliant actor.
The Home Alone star is unrecognizable. Culkin can truly transform into any role given to him, and he seems to be right at home in the horror genre. Culkin portrays a very quirky, yet kind, Mickey. He’s the one we now care about the most and we can’t wait to follow his story in the episodes to come!
Macaulay Culkin has not been confirmed to star in the second half of American Horror Story: Double Feature, but let’s hope the positive feedback from fans and audiences brings him back again for more seasons.
