Jennifer Aniston ‘shocked’ by this impressive Rachel Green impersonator on TikTok

Celebrity impressions are all over TikTok, and we’ve all seen Lisa Tranel’s impression of Rachel Greene from Friends. But has Jennifer Aniston herself seen this popular video? As it turns out, she has! And here’s what she has to say about it.

TikToker Lisa Tranel not only nails down Rachel Greene’s mannerisms perfectly, but she looks like Aniston, too, which is what makes this particular impression of the character stand out from other videos.

Viewers had to do a double take, thinking for a second that this was Aniston herself! In the video, Tranel is quoting one of Rachel’s lines from the sitcom:

"“I want to quit, but then I think I should stick it out. Then, I think why would such a person stay in such a demeaning job just because it’s remotely related to the field they are interested in.”"

Throughout the clip, Tranel stays perfectly in character, mouthing the words and doing the face expression Rachel is known for. We love the clip! But, we’re curious, is Aniston also a fan?

What does Jennifer Aniston think of the Rachel Greene impression?

According to the Huffington Post, Aniston was “freaked out” by it, but was also impressed the star tells InStyle.

Aniston shared that a friend sent her the TikTok video to get her thoughts, and, while Tranel doesn’t look exactly like Aniston, the star does believe they resemble each other.

This isn’t the first impression of her character that Aniston sees. Remember Saturday Night Live‘s Vanessa Bayer’s impression? The one that Aniston interrupted. It was a lot of fun to watch!

To make it even better, Bayer is wearing a similar hair style as Rachel and you can’t forget the overalls! In the middle of the sketch, Aniston enters the scene, and she doesn’t appear too happy (but it’s all in good fun).

Once the audience settles down, Aniston tells Bayer, “Vanessa, what are you doing?” and its obvious Aniston is trying not to break character.
