When it comes to TV, there are two main types of shows: scripted and unscripted. Unscripted shows can go by other names, including alternative programming and reality TV shows.

Reality shows cover a range of types. You can get baking shows, educational programs, and shows made purely for entertainment. There’s a chance for people to find love and a chance for people to reach their dreams.
