How far away from the truth (or how real) is this? As it turns out, Jake Tapper didn’t only hit on Monica Lewinsky, but they dated! Well, so claims Tapper.

If the name sounds familiar, Jake Tapper is an American journalist and lead Washington Anchor for CNN. And according to Forward, Tapper himself has spoken about this.

The source shares that the CNN anchor wrote an article (published in the Washington City Paper) with the headline “I Dated Monica Lewinsky” on Jan. 30, 1998. And let’s just say, Tapper isn’t very kind. Read more details about it from the source.

When these “dates” between Monica and Tapper occurred, the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal was only beginning, so many believe Tapper wanted to get his 15 seconds of fame in.
