Meredith has a big decision still to make and is roping in Amelia on Grey’s Anatomy Season 18, Episode 2. Don’t miss a beat of the all-new episode.

During the Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 premiere, Meredith headed to Minneapolis to attend a dedication for her late mother. She found out that she was also being poached. Now she needs to decide whether she will help with a lab on some extra special research.

To help her make a decision, she’s getting Amelia involved. On Grey’s Anatomy Season 18, Episode 2, we’ll see Amelia find out about the lab that has Meredith’s name on it and all about the project. It involves neurology, so it’s no surprise that Meredith has thought of her sister-in-law.

Will Meredith decide to make a move? Is this how we’ll find the series eventually comes to an end with Meredith no longer at Grey Sloan Memorial?

Webber wants to boost the teaching levels on Grey’s Anatomy Season 18, Episode 2

Bailey and Webber are looking at hiring new doctors at the hospital. They need to replace Avery, Koracick, and Jo (as a general surgeon because she’s moved to peds). However, they got a rude awakening when one of the potential hires made it clear that the interns and residents weren’t up to scratch.

Webber has promised to get them up to speed. It’s not their fault that COVID put a year of teaching on hold. It doesn’t matter where doctors go, all the residents will be a year behind.

However, Webber has a new focus. He’s re-energized during this episode, but how much will he achieve? Just what could go wrong with Webber’s new plan?

Meanwhile, we’ll get to see more of Winston as a doctor. He needs to treat a patient suffering from kidney failure.
