The Girl Before cast: Who’s in the new HBO Max series?

The Girl Before, HBO Max’s upcoming mystery thriller, promises to be a hair-raising watch for viewers. Over the course of four episodes, the series takes its audience through a twisting story that weaves in and out of the past.
The plot is predicated on the enigma that is Edward Munkford (David Oyelowo), an architect who has opened the smart home he’s designed to a select few. His house, however, isn’t just unique in its minimalist design. He requires tenants to abide by rules that not only keep the place pristine but also are exacting as they strive to push people toward perfection.
There is, however, something dark about the home. It’s hiding more than one secret as the present-day tenant, Jane (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), begins to discover the longer she lives in the house. There was a girl before her, Emma (Jessica Plummer), who’s wrapped in a mystery. One that could prove dangerous the more Jane pushes for answers and the truth is brought to light.
