Who killed Xavier in The Afterparty?

Throughout the series, my three main suspects were Aniq, Zoe, and Yasper. I never liked Zoe, she just always gave me a vibe. Even now, knowing that she’s innocent, I’m not a fan. Aniq I always love, but he had the biggest motive to kill Xavier. Aniq lost his scholarship and Zoe, yet didn’t hold a grudge against Xavier. Sorry for doubting you, Aniq! That leaves one person. And the killer is…

Yasper!

Now, I think we all knew deep down we all knew the killer was Yasper, but he is so darn likable! From the very first episode, we can’t help but love Yasper. And his episode is absolutely the best in the series. Yasper didn’t have as big of a motive as Aniq, but the difference between the two is that Aniq is kind and forgiving, Yasper not so much.

In the episode “High School,” we learn that it was actually Yasper who broke up the band and Yasper wasn’t too kind to Xavier. At all. He obviously regrets it now. But Xavier has not been quick to forgive and forget. Yasper asks Xavier to “bless his track,” but Xavier wants none of it! Hey, it serves Yasper right. But instead of just accepting it, Yasper decides to kill Xavier. And he almost got away with it too, but Detective Danner is way too clever.
