I cannot believe I am about to type the following sentence. Only two episodes remain in NBC’s This Is Us. How is this even possible? Where did the time go?

Last week, Rebecca’s time began to dwindle. Unfortunately, Alzheimer’s is taking a toll on her memories. Seven days after Miguel’s death, Kate, Randall, and Kevin convene to discuss how to care for their sick mother.

A few years prior, Rebecca specifically stated that if anything happens to Miguel, Kate is next in line to decide on her health. At the present moment, Randall and Kevin disregard their sister’s opinion. Randall wants Rebecca to move in with his family in Philadelphia while Kevin pushes for her to move back to Los Angeles.

Kate believes her brothers do not see Rebecca as their mother anymore, but as a woman with a disease. Kate makes them believe in Rebecca’s magic again as the Big Three spend a quiet moment together with Rebecca in her bedroom.

When it’s time to make a decision, Kate plans to move Rebecca back to Los Angeles to be with her and Phillip. However, Kevin steps in and says he and Sophie will move in with Rebecca in the house he built for her. Madison and Isaac are on board and plan to move nearby as well. Randall likes Kevin’s plan, and the Big Three finally agree that this is the way.
