When is the last episode of Stranger Things season 4 coming out?

Based on this first batch of Stranger Things season 4 episodes, the almost three year longing for us nerds has definitely been worth the wait. I mean I feel like we would have waited forever, but it’s so nice to finally have our favorite show back on Netflix!

The first episode of Stranger Things season 4 laid the ground work for what’s to come. We meet the new cast members, see which couples are still going strong (and which ones may be having some trouble), and how the gang is dealing with high school. We also meet the new Upside Down monster terrorizing Hawkins, Vecna, and poor Chrissy Cunningham is his first victim.

The first seven episodes dropped on Netflix early Friday morning, but that’s not the complete fourth season. There’s still more to come!

When is the last episode of Stranger Things season 4 coming out?

The hit show’s nine-episode fourth season has been split into two parts. We just got the first half, and volume 2 is coming in a few weeks.

You can catch the remaining two episodes on Friday, July 1. That’s when the last episode of Stranger Things season 4–titled “The Piggyback”–will drop on the streaming service. Be sure to plan ahead and make time for it now. The finale is two and a half hours long!

I don’t want to give too much away for those of you who haven’t made it to episode 7 yet. But with the shocking reveal by the end of the episode, it sure has us excited to see the aftermath of this new revelation and how it’s going to affect our favorite young hero.

Stranger Things volume 1 is now streaming on Netflix. The last two episodes of the season drop on the streaming service on Friday, July 1.
