Stranger Things season 4 brings fans back into the upside down with fan-favorite characters returning to the series. This season, we’ll follow Eleven and the Byers family after moving to California, we’ll see Hopper in Russia, we’ll journey back to Hawkins with the rest of the group — and we’ll also learn about the mysterious new Creel House.

With the excitement of new episodes also means new characters! In Stranger Things season 4, we meet new characters across different settings and timelines, and we also know the story will involve additional students at Hawkins High School, new characters in California, and new and old faces at Hawkins Lab.

One of the new main characters in Stranger Things season 4 is the friendly orderly at Hawkins Lab. When Netflix first released details about this character, they described him as a “caring man who works as an orderly at a psychiatric hospital.” We also learned that he will be against the brutality and terrible treatment he sees happening to the patients at the hospital.

Though this character was originally revealed to be named Peter Ballard, the orderly in Hawkins Lab is not called by that name. But which characters will he be seeing at the hospital? Who will he be working to take down?

Who is the actor playing the Hawkins Lab Ooderly on Stranger Things season 4?

The orderly in Stranger Things season 4 is played by actor Jamie Campbell Bower. If he looks familiar, you may remember him from several popular movies. He was young Grindelwald in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Caius in Twilight: Breaking Dawn, and Jace in The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.

There are three other main characters this season: Victor Creel played by Robert Englund, Argyle played by Eduardo Franco, and Lt. Colonel Sullivan played by Sherman Augustus. The cast was also joined by four additional recurring members: Amybeth McNulty, Grace Van Dien, Regina Ting Chen and Myles Truitt.
