Fox fall schedule 2022-2023: New and returning shows

What’s the Fox fall schedule looking like for 2022-2023? Well, there’s only one new show making its debut and that’s the country music drama, Monarch, starring Susan Sarandon as the Queen of Country.

The series had previously be slotted for a release at the top of this year, but was moved to the fall line-up right before its premiere. Viewers who’ve been anticipating the release can settle in Sunday, Sept. 11 for the premiere, but don’t get comfortable making the show a Sunday staple. It’s regular airing spot is on Tuesdays, it’ll move there on Sept. 20.

While there won’t be anymore series premieres in the fall besides Monarch‘s, fan favorites will be making their return for new seasons such as The Cleaning Lady, The Resident, and 9-1-1. Fans of 9-1-1: Lone Star, you’ll have to wait until the midseason for your show to return. It’ll be back in 2023. Other shows held until the midseason according to Deadline:

"Grimsburg, Housebroken, Fantasy Island, Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars, Next Level Chef, MasterChef, Beat Shazam, Crime Scene Kitchen and Don’t Forget the Lyrics!"

If you regularly watch Thursday Night Football on Fox, that won’t be happening this year. Prime Video has secured the exclusive streaming rights for the NFL showcase for the 2022 season, hence Hell’s Kitchen season 21’s placement in the 8 p.m. ET time slot and the hour comedy block with Welcome to Flatch season 2 and Call Me Kat season 3 starting at 9 p.m.

Here’s the full fall line-up for Fox including LEGO Masters season 3‘s premiere date and time. The series had been bumped from the summer schedule to the fall, to the disappointment of fans who were expecting the new season on Tuesday, May 31.
