7 new Netflix movies and shows to watch this week (June 13)

Is this thing on? Ugh, Monday has arrived again? Yikes. Like we do each and every week, below we share all the new Netflix movies and shows debuting this week, beginning June 13, to cheer up your Monday.

You can tell it is summertime because Netflix is pumping out the content non-stop weekly. They aren’t giving us much time between their TV shows and movies. Plus, they have some stuff dropping for all ages, which helps a ton if you have a family.

I will admit, I am SO excited for the release of Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend. Five new Iron Chefs battles challengers to face off and see who can become the first-ever Iron Legend. I used to watch Iron Chef when it was on Food Network ALL THE TIME. I am excited to see what Alton Brown and Netflix have cooked up for us.

We are getting a look into the life of one of the biggest stars in the world with Jennifer Lopez: Halftime. The documentary follows the career of Lopez but focuses on the events leading up to her iconic Super Bowl halftime show.

Chris Hemsworth and Miles Teller star in the action-drama Spiderhead, which is set in the near future where convicts are offered a chance to volunteer as medical subjects to shorten their sentence. I am all in, folks.
