NBC fall schedule 2022-2023: What’s new and returning?

Now that we’re further into the summer and news has begun dropping about Fall TV, we’re already starting to get our watch lists together for when our fun in the sun ends and autumn arrives. Some of our favorites are on NBC so, of course, we had to see when they’re coming!
The NBC fall schedule dropped at Upfronts. Deadline reports that Blacklist, American Auto, Grand Crew, and Night Court have been held until the midseason. There are also a handful of pilots–including The Irrational starring The Flash‘s Jesse L. Martin–still in consideration as well as unscripted programming that won’t hit the network until 2023. Two of the pilots ordered to series at NBC, Quantum Leap and Lopez vs. Lopez, will make their premieres this fall. One is a reboot of the cult series that debuted in 1989, the other is a comedy starring George Lopez.
The schedule released also includes the network’s weekend programming which will consist of Dateline properties, football, and vintage SNL. All NBC series will be available to stream next day on Peacock this fall, which is a change from the traditional releases on Hulu for next day viewing.
