Why is Neve Campbell not going to be in Scream 6?
People reports that Campbell has once again opened up about why she’s not going to star in Scream 6. According to the source, Campbell believes that “as a woman in business,” she needs to “fight to be valued,” which she didn’t feel she was when offered to star in the sixth movie.
Campbell shares that she didn’t feel the offer for Scream 6 represented the value she brings to the franchise, and has brought for over two decades. The actress comments that if she were a man, the amount offered would have been a lot higher.
Up next for the star, is Peacock‘s upcoming Twisted Metal in a recurring role. Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, and Thomas Haden Church will also star. Most recently, Campbell can be seen in Netflix’s The Lincoln Lawyer. Outside of the Scream franchise, where do you know Campbell from?
