We’ve waited a long time, and finally we got to see the very first episode. The Game of Thrones prequel was everything we hoped for and more. There’s no doubt that you want to binge-watch the entire season.
The downside is this series isn’t getting a binge-watch release. It’s a weekly release, and that means you’ll need to follow the release schedule. Just when will new episodes come out, and when is the finale going to air?
House of the Dragon release schedule
All episodes will come out on HBO and HBO Max on Sundays. The episodes are out at 9 p.m. ET. This is the case on the channel and on the streamer. It’s the best way to avoid spoilers!
There are 10 episodes to the season. The first one has already come out, and we know that the finale will air on Sunday, Oct. 23. Here’s the schedule for the rest of the episodes.

While there is hope that there will be a second season, nothing has been confirmed yet. If there is, we’re likely to see more of an anthology series rather than a continuation. After all, we know what happened to the end of the Targaryen dynasty. Maybe it would be good to see the Mad King’s fall, but there are also the conquests of Aegon I and his two wives.
