It might have taken Disney nearly 30 years, but the Sanderson Sisters are finally making a comeback! This October, Disney will debut one of the most anticipated movies of the holiday season on Disney+ with the streaming release of Hocus Pocus 2

The new film reunites audiences with our three favorite witches with a fun new story set in the present day — which makes way for some hilarious antics as the Sandersons return once again. The sequel is one that fans have been anxiously awaiting and we’re not only days away from its premiere.

Hocus Pocus 2 finally arrives on Disney+ on Friday, Sept. 30 where it will stream exclusively, but will you need to pay an additional fee to watch the film?

Will you have to pay for Hocus Pocus 2?

If you’re hoping to watch Hocus Pocus 2 on Disney+ but don’t want to have to open up your wallet to pay an additional fee to do so, you’re in luck! So long as you have an active Disney+ account, you’ll be able to watch the film without having to pay for the film as we’ve had to do for previous Disney+ films.

The confusion over whether there would be any additional fee to watch the sequel to Hocus Pocus on Disney+ seems to stem from Disney’s use of the Disney Plus Premier Access tier. This was used by Disney for the releases of several original movies including Raya and the Last Dragon, Cruella, Black Widow, and Jungle Cruise.

Don’t miss Hocus Pocus 2 when it arrives Friday, Sept. 30 on Disney+ worldwide!
