Exclusive: Watch Will Arnett introduce the theme for LEGO Masters season 3 episode 3

Last week’s episode of LEGO Masters was pretty spectacular. The Jurassic World inspired builds were amazing, and the FOX competition series featured their biggest celebrity guest star in Chris Pratt, the dino-king himself. What challenges can we expect to see on LEGO Masters season 3 episode 3? We’ve got an exclusive clip for you that introduces the theme (and our favorite judges Amy and Jamie all dressed up).

LEGO Masters season 3 episode 3 is all about the rodeo! Get you cowboy hats and boots, because it’s time to embrace the Wild West! The episode, titled “Brickin’ Bull Ride Rodeo,” will be all about strength. This is a challenge unlike any we have seen on the show before. The teams will be building…bull-riding characters. And yes, there will be a mechanical bull, of course!

Each team will be tasked with building a strong character to saddle up and take on a mechanical bull ride. These builds don’t only need to survive the ride (or hang on as long as they can), they also need to look good while doing it in order to wow the judges. The winning team will be getting a Golden Brick, which grants them immunity.

Check out LEGO Masters host Will Arnett proudly introduce the theme to the contestants by presenting judges Amy and Jamie all dressed up for the challenge! Jamie Berard promises many surprises tonight, commenting that this challenge is “the wildest test of creativity and strength we’ve ever thrown at our builders.” Read his full quote, below:

"“I have to say that of all the challenges we’ve ever considered, I never thought a mechanical rodeo bull would ever make it on the show.  It’s almost unimaginable to think that any LEGO model could possibly hold on when even full-grown cowboys get bucked off in seconds.  But, WOW, was I in for a surprise!  It’s definitely the wildest test of creativity and strength we’ve ever thrown at our builders.  It kept me on the edge of my saddle the whole way through.”"

Judge Amy Corbett also shared her thoughts on this season and what’s to come:

"“We weren’t lying when we said Season 3 was going to be our biggest and best yet…and this was one seriously wild challenge!!! I can just remember the look on our builders face when they found out what we had in store for them. Not only was it going to test their ability to build for strength, but also their artistry, as we were searching for captivating character builds to ride the bull. And once again, they blew us all away with their incredible skills. This is certainly an episode that should not be missed!!!!”"

LEGO Masters season 3 episode 3, “Brickin’ Bull Ride Rodeo,” premieres on Wednesday, Oct. 5, only on the FOX network.
