When is The Morning Show season 3 coming out?

As of June 2023, it’s been more than a year and a half since new episodes of The Morning Show were streaming on Apple TV+. The season 2 finale was released in November 2021, and since then fans have been wanting more of the dramatic story! When is season 3 coming out?

The good news is that we know season 3 is official, production had been underway, and filming is officially wrapped. Plus, the series already got a season 4 renewal, so we have more story to come! Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon will both be back as Alex Levy and Bradley Jackson, respectively, of course.

Other returning cast members also include Billy Crudup as Cory Ellison, Mark Duplass as Chip Black, Karen Pittman as Mia Jordan, Nestor Carbonell as Yanko Flores, Julianna Margulies as Laura Peterson, and Greta Lee as Stella Bak.

According to Parade, there are some newcomers making their way onto the series including Jon Hamm, Nicole Beharie, and Tig Notaro. Hamm will play Paul Marks, a corporate titan who sets his sights on UBA . Beharie stars as Christina Hunter, a competitive and charismatic millennial who is a new anchor on The Morning Show. Notaro takes on the role of Amanda Robinson, the chief of staff to corporate titan Paul Marks. We can’t wait to see what they bring to the table!

With the new faces onscreen, there’s been changes behind the scenes as well. Seasons 1 and 2 showrunner Kerry Ehrin is giving the responsibility over to Charlotte Stoudt. However, Ehrin will continue to be a consultant on the third season.

Good news, we finally have a release date! Apple TV+ shared that The Morning Show season 3 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023 with the first two episodes. This season there are a total of 10 installments. Following premiere day, one new episode will be released weekly on the streaming service. The finale is scheduled to drop Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023.

The third season will see the future of the network “thrown into question” and loyalties “pushed to the brink” when tech titan Paul Marks (Hamm), sets his sights on UBA, per the synopsis. That means some changes could be coming and people are going to form unexpected alliances. We can expect to see private truths weaponized and all the staff members at the show will have to confront their core values in and out of the newsroom. The Morning Show is nothing but dramatic, and we’re ready to see what the new season brings!
