American Horror Story returns tonight with a brand-new installment, kicking off at 10:00 p.m. ET on FX. This time around, the season will take place in New York City, following a series of disappearances and deaths. Though fan-favorite Sarah Paulson will not appear in the new season, other familiar faces like Zachary Quinto, Denis O’Hare, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourde, and others will star.

As always, there’s a lot of mystery surrounding American Horror Story season 11, and we cannot wait to dive in tonight and see what NYC is all about. If you’re tuning in to watch the premiere, be sure to pop some popcorn and pour some wine, because it’s going to be a long night. Namely because there is more than just one episode of AHS season 11 coming out.

How many episodes of AHS season 11 come out tonight?

American Horror Story season 11 premieres tonight, Oct. 19, with two brand-new episodes! That’s right — you’ll be seated for about two hours of horror. Episode 1, “Something’s Coming,” will air on FX at 10:00 p.m. ET, and episode 2, “Thank You for Your Service,” will follow at 11:01 p.m. ET.

AHS: NYC will continue to drop two new episodes every Wednesday night through the end of the season. This is a bit of a different release schedule for the anthology show, which aired two episodes on premiere night with American Horror Story: Double Feature but then switched to just one a week for the rest of the season.
