Perry has since issued an apology for his statement, expressing that he “chose a random name” and believed that choosing his own name might have been better than taking a stab at his peer. However, fans of Keanu Reeves aren’t ready to forget Perry’s initial sentiments just yet, as they desire an explanation as to why Perry made the statements in the first place.
