Fans of Tom Cruise and 1986 film Top Gun have eagerly been waiting for the sequel, Top Gun: Maverick, to come to streaming. The movie made its theatrical debut on May 27, 2022. And we have great news for you. The action drama is now streaming on Paramount+!

The film stars Cruise of course in the titular role as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell. Those who join the actor onscreen are Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Charles Parnell, Bashir Salahuddin, Monica Barbaro, Jay Ellis, Danny Ramirez, Greg Tarzan Davis, Ed Harris, and Val Kilmer.

The story picks up with Maverick, who has spent more than 30 years as one of the Navy’s best aviators. He’s right where he wants to be in his career. But when he receives an assignment to train Top Gun graduates for a mission, our main character has to confront the ghosts of his past, Paramount shares.

Top Gun: Maverick is now streaming globally in the U.S. as well as in Canada, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the U.K. and Latin America. The film will be available in South Korea and France in 2023, according to Paramount+.

If you have Paramount+, then the production is “free” to watch in terms of that it’s included with your subscription to the streaming service. However if you just try to access the streamer but you’re not currently paying for a plan, then you cannot watch the movie online.
