Married at First Sight season 16 episode release schedule: When do new episodes air on Lifetime?

Married at First Sight returns in January with season 16! This year, the show will be set in Nashville where 10 Tennessee based participants will be marrying their potential life partners sight unseen. It’s big step they’re taking in their lives and they’re hoping it pays off.
Over the course of the eight week social experiment, which will take place in 23 episodes for the audience, the newlyweds will be navigating love, romance, attraction, compromise, and how to make it work in their new relationship dynamic.
It’s a very emotional time in all of their lives as one of the grooms will realize on his own big day. Not to mention, this is a commitment these hopefuls thought they wanted but that could be put to the test not just by the experiment itself but by each other. Lifetime reports that one bride’s husband will cross the line, making “an indecent proposal” to another woman. Talk about drama!

When do new episodes of Married at First Sight season 16 air on Lifetime?
The new season premieres Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET on Lifetime. It’ll re-air at 11 p.m. after Married at First Sight: Afterparty, hosted by Keshia Knight Pulliam. The after show will feature inside scoops from the cast on the season.
Season 16 is expected to premiere new episodes Wednesdays. Next day streaming will be available through mylifetime.com Breaks and hiatus during the season have yet to be announced. Keep reading for episode release dates.
