So how much time do you need to set aside for the American Idol season 21 premiere? We’ve got the answer for you below!
How long is the American Idol season 21 premiere (2023)?
The premiere episode will be a total of two hours long! American Idol season 21 makes its debut at 8 p.m. ET and runs until 10 p.m. ET with “Auditions, Part 1,” on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023 on ABC. Episodes will also be available to stream on Hulu the next day.
This is typical for premieres and auditions. The first five episodes of the season will most likely be dedicated to those coming in for a chance to make their musical dreams come true, and each of the audition episodes will also be two hours.
The first episode of the season will see the return of our favorite judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie as they begin to look for the nation’s next American idol. Auditions took place in multiple cities, including New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Nashville. And of course, we can’t forget about the ultimate MC.
