Each season of The Great onHulu has continued to get better and better, and we absolutely can’t wait for season 3! Mark your calendars for Friday, May 12, 2023 when the premiere, and all 10 episodes, drop on the streaming service! Are you ready?

Catherine and Peter most definitely have a dysfunctional and out of the ordinary relationship and marriage. In case you need a refresher – remember that Peter slept with the queen’s mother and kind of caused her death, while Catherine stabbed who she thought was Peter to death. It turns out that was his lookalike, Yemelyan Pugachev.

Um yeah. These two definitely have a lot to work through. Of course the actors playing the main characters will make a return. Who else can we expect to see in the third season? We’ve got the answer for you below!

The talented Elle Fanning reprises her role as the great queen, while Nicholas Hoult is back as her onscreen husband, Peter III of Russia. We’ve got plenty of familiar faces and fan-favorites also coming back to continue the story. We provided a breakdown of the cast list below:

The satirical black comedy-drama was created Tony McNamara. The one behind the inception of the story is also one of the writers and executive producers. Fanning also takes on EP duties alongside Marian Macgowan, Brittany Kahan Ward, Doug Mankoff, Andrew Spaulding, Josh Kesselman, Ron West, and Matt Shakman.
