One of the things we love most about Fear the Walking Dead, is that it’s not afraid to kill off its characters, as important as they may be. This is what makes season 8 so exciting! It’s bittersweet that Fear the Walking Dead season 8 is the final season, sure, but we’re looking forward to seeing it all unfold. That said, do you know what time Fear the Walking Dead is tonight? Here are all the details you need to know.

Just like most shows on AMC, the final season of Fear TWD has been split in two parts. Season 8 will feature a total of 12 episodes to be released in two parts, six episodes in each — and the first one kicks off tonight, May 14.

What time is Fear the Walking Dead tonight on AMC? (May 14)

Fear the Walking Dead season 8 episode 1, titled  “Remember What They Took from You,” airs on AMC at 7:48 p.m. ET. The season 8 opener will run for about one hour and 12 minutes, wrapping up at about 9 p.m. ET. This episode is a bit on the longer side. But hey, we’re not complaining! On the contrary, we welcome longer episodes.

Can’t wait until tonight to watch season 8 episode 1? You don’t have to! “Remember What They Took from You” is already streaming on AMC+, so you can watch it if you have an AMC+ subscription. New episodes will become available on the streamer Friday nights, so you’ll be able to watch a couple of days before everyone else does on AMC. It’s a great deal!
