Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny cast: Who stars in the movie?

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will see the return of Harrison Ford as the iconic titular character that shaped his career as a film star for one last time. James Mangold steps in as a director from Steven Spielberg, who opted not to return in 2020 but remained in the project as one of its producers. Mangold co-wrote the script with Jez Butterworth, John-Henry Butterworth, and David Koepp.

Alongside Ford returning as Jones, the movie will also see the return of fan-favorite characters Sallah and Marion Ravenwood, respectively, played by John Rhys-Davies and Karen Allen. New characters will also populate the film’s late 1960s setting, with Phoebe Waller-Bridge playing Jones’ goddaughter.

The film had its world premiere at the Cannes International Film Festival and received mixed reviews from critics. Some praised Ford’s return as Jones and his chemistry with Waller-Bridge, while others found the plot too familiar and safe for a final hurrah for Ford’s most iconic character. Time will tell how the general public reacts to the movie when it releases in theatres on June 30.
