If this is true, who could be following her? And why is this happening right after the clinic and never before? This is happening to Anna during reward season so to say she is incredibly stressed out is an understatement. Not to mention, her husband continues to not believe Anna.

Finally, another question I have is that older woman appearing to follow Anna. What could she want? Does this mysterious woman have wrong intentions or is she simply trying to warn Anna about dangers to come?
