The Amazing Race 35 remaining teams

Before we chat about the team eliminated this week, let’s begin by listing all the teams who participated in the race. Here’s who ran in one of the toughest races I have seen in the show’s history.

  • Married couple Jocelyn Chao and Victor Limary from New Mexico
  • Brothers Liam and Yeremi Hykel from Texas
  • BFFs Andrea Simpson and Malaina Hatcher from Philadelphia
  • Engaged couple Joe Moskowitz and Ian Todd from New York
  • Father-daughter duo Steve Cargile and Anna Leigh Wilson from Texas
  • Sisters Morgan and Lena Franklin from New York
  • Married couple Todd and Ashlie Martin from California
  • BFFs Robbin Tomich and Chelsea Day from Washington
  • Brothers Greg Frankling from New York and John Franklin from California
  • Father-son duo Rob and Corey McArthur from California
  • BFFs Joel Strasser and Garrett Smith from Idaho
  • Mother-daughter duo Elizabeth and Iliana Rivera from Florida

The team who was eliminated after the first round last week, was Alexandra and Sheridan Lichtor, a brother and sister duo from Chicago. They truly tried their best, but just weren’t fast enough to get to the finish line before the others. And now, let’s see who from this list was the next to go.

Who went home in The Amazing Race season 35 episode 2?

This is one of the toughest challenges I have seen since I started watching the CBS competition show. Some teams were very far behind the others, it was very stressful to watch. If this episode wanted to get our blood pumping, it succeeded.

The team that came in last, was Elizabeth and Iliana Rivera, the mother-daughter duo from Florida. While they weren’t my top team, I still enjoyed watching them! I’m glad they got this experience together.

Were you rooting for Elizabeth and Iliana? If so, which team are you betting on now? Who do you think will win the $1 million prize? We’ll have to tune in to find out!
