Our Monday nights are reserved for Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares on FOX. But you’ll want to make different plans for tonight (October 30). Here’s why and when the restaurant reality comes back.

The last time we saw Ramsay helping a struggling business, was on Monday, Oct. 16, when the Kitchen Nightmares crew took on Da Mimmo. Ramsay got straight to work on Da Mimmo’s Brick Oven Pizza and Italian Restaurant, bringing the owners ideas, teaching some serious pizza-making skills, and giving the restaurant a much-needed face lift.

The following week (Oct. 23), we all got ready for another episode, crossing our fingers this wouldn’t be the first failed business of the season. Imagine our surprise when we realized there was no new episode on. It was very unexpected as the restaurant the episode features, Juicy Box, was hosting a Kitchen Nightmares watch-party. Will the season continue tonight? How long is the wait for season 8 episode 5, “Juicy Box”?

There is no new episode of Kitchen Nightmares tonight (Oct. 30)

Folks, we’ll have to go another week without Gordon Ramsay screaming at irresponsible owners about their unkept kitchen as there is no new episode tonight. Not to worry, I know it’s disappointing that it’s been two weeks without Kitchen Nightmares, but it’ll be back next Monday!

Kitchen Nightmares season 8 episode 5, titled “Juicy Box,” premieres on FOX next week, on Monday, Nov. 6, at it’s usual time 8 p.m. ET. Don’t think you’ll remember? That’s why we’ll here. Keep our page handy as we’ll be reminding fans about the upcoming new episode.

It’s not a terrible thing that the show is taking two weeks off (due to sport broadcasts), there are only eight episodes this season, so think of this as the midseason break. The first four episodes are streaming on Hulu, if you’d like to catch up! And the next for (episodes 5-8) will return on Nov. 6. We’ve yet to see the first failed business, is it coming in the second half of Kitchen Nightmares?
