As we near the season finale of 911: Nashville, the first season of the hit 911 spinoff series continues to pull in some incredible guest stars. The debut season already welcome country music star Kane Brown, as well as 911 stars Oliver Stark and Ryan Guzman. Last week, the episode featured a guest appearance from reality television star Kristin Cavallari.

This week, the reality television stars continue to roll through 911: Nashville, but while Cavallari played herself during her guest spot, the latest reality TV icon's leaning into her acting background. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills favorite and Halloween scream queen Kyle Richards drops by the latest episode of the procedural, and she's playing a key role.

Kyle Richards guest stars in 911: Nashville season 1 episode 16

As revealed in the 911: Nashville season 1 episode 16 preview shared by Us Weekly, Richards stars in the episode titled "Love to Death" as a character named Aubrey. The actress and reality legend plays the sister of a woman who has been murdered, and before even seeing a second of the episode, the synopsis leads us to wonder if Aubrey's somehow involved in her sister's death.

The official synopsis as revealed by ABC for 911: Nashville season 1 episode 16 provides more details about what to expect: "Blue and Dixie remain at odds, with Dixie skipping Blue’s birthday. A 9-1-1 call turns into a murder investigation, and Cammie takes responsibility to help solve it. Meanwhile, a fertility clinic loses power, putting its contents at risk."

See? The emergency call about Aubrey's sister's death ends up becoming a murder investigation, which is led by Cammie. And we know that if there's one thing Cammie will do, it's not give up until she learns the truth. Not to doubt Richards' character already, but the one photo ABC released of her character (featured above) makes her look pretty suspicious.

For those who might not be familiar with Kyle Richards, she's not just one of the headline-grabbing stars of Bravo's popular Real Housewives franchise. While she has made a name for herself in Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Richards began her career in Hollywood as a child actress, appearing in 1970s titles like Police Woman, Escape to Witch Mountain, and Little House on the Prairie.

Richards landed her biggest role in the 1978 horror classic Halloween, in which she played Lindsay Wallace. She also starred in the 1980s sitcom Down to Earth and recurred on ER in the late '90s and into the mid 2000s. Richards maintained small roles here and there over the years, but soon become more known for her work in reality television and as a celebrity than an actress.

She made a splashy return to the Halloween universe by reprising her role as Lindsay Wallace in the 2021 and 2023 sequels Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends. Most recently, Richards guest starred in an episode of The CW's Wild Cards and appeared in three episodes of The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 on Netflix. Now, she's back on the small screen in 911: Nashville.

911: Nashville airs Thursdays at 9/8c on ABC, streaming next day on Hulu.
